Check-In
Anytime between 3pm and 8pm. Contact us in advance to arrange a different time.
Check-Out
11AM: The room must be cleared by 11AM. But if you need to leave your stuff for the day, you may do so until 6PM for free. After 6PM there is a fee of $5.
Long Term Rates
We generally offer discounts for longer stays. Contact us for more information.
Refunds
We offer a 50% refund if you cancel more than 7 days before arrival.

If your credit card is declined, please contact your bank first before contacting us, as they would know the reason the charge was declined. You may need to authorize a purchase made in New Jersey and / or Massachusetts.

A passport is needed to check in.

We do not allow marijuana on property. Anyone caught smoking marijuana will be asked to leave, without refund.

We do not accept reservations from Jersey City NJ residents without prior approval.

There is a 7 day maximum stay, guests who wish to stay longer must get prior approval

Payment will not be refunded for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival
